How is the coffee delivered?
All orders received before 1.30pm are despatched by DHL and will arrive the following day *

Can I have the coffee delivered to another address?
Yes, just let us know the name and address details including postcode, and we do the rest.

What happens if I am out when it is delivered?
When delivered by courier, a card is left letting you know that they have tried to deliver the product. They will try to deliver it again, usually that day or the next. The card will provide you with contact details so you can let the courier know when you will be in, or where to leave the product if you are not at home once again. Alternatively, if you think you may be out during the day when the coffee is delivered, then you can provide us with special instructions on where to leave the coffee where it will be safe. Many of our customers do this, and the details are kept on file so you need only tell us this once.

Do you deliver to countries outside the UK?
Unfortunately not we have had requests from France, Italy and Malaysia however the delivery costs are far to expensive and by the time the coffee was delivered it would not be fresh, as we would expect
